Order for €75 or more and we will ship your order free of charge.

We ship our parcels with DPD. During checkout, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a pickup point.

Delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 14:00, provided all products are in stock, are normally shipped the same day.
Is a product temporarily out of stock, or does your order contain multiple products and not all of them are immediately available? We will inform you about the expected delivery time.
Right of withdrawal
Withdraw from your purchase or register a return
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to a cooling-off period of at least 14 days. At No Clutter, we offer a longer period: you may withdraw from your purchase up to 30 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.
If you receive several products from one order separately, the period starts on the day after you receive the last product.
After you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Through our returns portal, you can easily notify us of your withdrawal and, if desired, purchase a return label immediately. A return label through our portal costs €5.99. You may also arrange your own shipping label.
Withdraw from purchase / register return
You are not required to use the returns portal. You may also notify us of your withdrawal in another unambiguous way, for example by email at [email protected] or by using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning a product when exercising your right of withdrawal are at your own expense. You have two options:

You may also choose your own carrier and shipping label. The cost depends on the carrier you choose. The return shipment remains at your risk until we have received the parcel.

Handling the product during the cooling-off period
During the cooling-off period, you may inspect and assess the product as you would be allowed to do in a physical store. You may remove the product from its packaging insofar as this is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
We ask you to handle the product, any supplied accessories and the packaging with care. As far as reasonably possible, please return the product complete and in its original condition and packaging.
If you use the product beyond what is necessary to assess it and this results in a reduction in value, you are liable for that reduction in value and we may deduct it from the amount to be refunded.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
For some products, the law does not provide a right of withdrawal. This may apply, for example, to products made to your specifications or products that are clearly personalised.
The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken. If a statutory exception applies, we will clearly state this for the relevant product before purchase.
Received a defective, damaged or incorrect product?
Have you received a defective, damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us first.
This is separate from your right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in the event of a defective or incorrectly delivered product. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. If a return is required, the return costs will of course be at our expense.
Refund
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments covered by the withdrawal as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs you paid for delivery of your order.
The cost of returning the order to No Clutter in the case of a regular withdrawal is at your own expense and is not refunded. If you use a return label through our returns portal, the cost is €5.99. You may also arrange the return shipment yourself.
If you return only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned products. The original shipping costs are not refunded for a partial return.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original order, unless you expressly agree to another payment method. We do not charge any fees for the refund itself.
Exchanges
Would you prefer another product? You can return the product and simply place a new order in our webshop.
This ensures that the desired product, if in stock, is reserved for you immediately.
Appendix
Model withdrawal form
You may use this form to withdraw from the agreement, but you are not required to do so. You may also notify us of your withdrawal via our returns portal or by email.
